Returns and Exchanges

We really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase from COW ØN THE ICE , however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return to your order, you can do so by following these simple steps.
Please note COW ØN THE ICE returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods. Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy. Your 14 return policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit. Christmas Returns Online purchases made between Monday 20th November and Sunday 24th December 2017 will be eligible for our extended Christmas return period. Unwanted gifts must be returned by to us by Sunday 7th January in an unused, unworn and sellable condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable postage service when sending goods back to us. 01 | Please contact us via email at hello@cowontheice.co.uk or via our website Contact Page to request a Returns Form and please detail your reason for return. This will be emailed to you within 24 hours unless our online store is closed for vacation or it is the holiday season, that will be displayed on our homepage. Please fill out the Returns Form, detailing the reason for return. Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in it's original, unused condition and please include printed copy of the Returns Form. Please note that any items returned without a completed Returns Form will not be refunded. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as Object does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. With regret we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 1 business day and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days. Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.

Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?

Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library

Can I insert a video in my FAQ?

Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
