SATURDAY: 10AM-5PM

SUNDAY: 11AM-3PM

P.S. On the occasional day, if we're running a treatment in The Nook and there is only one team member in, we do have to close the shop for an hour while the treatment is in progress. If you're planning on collecting your order do let us know roughly when you would like to pop in and we’ll happily confirm that you won’t find the door unexpectedly closed – unless, of course, you’re very local or visit Ely often and enjoy a little element of chance :)
