Cancellation Policy

To secure your treatment, we kindly ask for payment in full at the time of booking, at least 15 hours before your appointment. Life happens, and you’re welcome to reschedule or cancel — just let us know more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll need to charge a 50% cancellation fee, as these treatments take a fair bit of preparation (and we don’t like to see beautiful herbs go to waste).
